The Institute for legal and strategic research (Studio D) is an Albanian non-governmental organization, founded in 2007 and dedicated to excellence in the theory and practice of governance, regional development and strategic management. We carry out our mission regionally, nationally and internationally facilitating the exchange of new ideas and best practices among jurisdictions.
