💫The Lit Project Highlight💫

Well, the team of volunteers continues to grow. Welcome Zinzi! ⚡️

Yesterday, Zinzi led the introduction of our journalism and newspaper column at the secondary school, and the excitement was real! 🥳

Students were also presented with a mock newspaper, giving them a first look at what their words and ideas can become in print.

We’re now working towards official publication by next Friday 🤞🏾 and, yes… we’re hoping to have these student-created newspapers on sale in local supermarkets very soon!

This is about building confidence, voice, and real-world literacy skills — one headline at a time. 🖊️📰🗞️
