One key lesson from my professional experience:
Motivation of committed employees does not disappear suddenly — it fades due to lack of fair attention and active leadership.
Hardworking and responsible staff are the backbone of any organization. When performance is not evaluated based on merit, and when managers are distant from real processes, motivated employees can become discouraged.
Strong leadership means staying informed, ensuring fairness, and recognizing real contributors — not noise, favoritism, or informal influence.
When fairness and transparency lead, performance follows.
