Rayan Children

We inform all our fellow citizens and friends that, based on the leadership decree of the Islamic Emirate and the directive of the relevant minister, which calls for the suspension of all private orphanages, the activities of Rayan Children’s Orphanage have been officially halted.

All children have been transferred to government orphanages, and all the orphanage’s equipment and facilities have been handed over to the relevant ministries according to regulations.

The orphanage’s activities over the years have been under strict supervision of the Islamic Emirate government and fully in accordance with Sharia law and Afghan cultural norms. This action has no connection to financial misconduct, administrative violations, political issues, or religious matters.

The leadership of Rayan Children’s Orphanage has fully complied with all decrees and orders of the Islamic Emirate. We sincerely thank all fellow citizens, friends, and supporters who have stood by us over the years in caring for and supporting orphans. Your trust and support allowed us to provide a safe and nurturing environment for the children.

May Allah reward all good efforts and intentions, and we hope this cooperation and goodwill will continue.

به‌نام خداوند مهربان!

به‌مناسبت ختم سال تعلیمی و پایان سال ۲۰۲۵، جلسه اولیای محترم پرورشگاه برگزار گردید. در این نشست، پیرامون نظم، بهبود روند آموزشی و تربیتی اطفال یتیم و برنامه‌ های آینده بحث و تبادل نظر صورت گرفت.

رئیس پرورشگاه، آقای محمد ادریس صمیم در سخنرانی خویش بیان داشتند که نظم در حاضری شاگردان، فعال‌ سازی سیستم حاضری الکترونیکی (بایومتریک) و آغاز روند توزیع کارت‌ های هویت ولی اول و ولی دوم طفل، به‌منظور بهبود نظم، شناسایی و شفافیت اداری آغاز گردیده است. این اقدامات فرصت مناسبی برای مسئولیت‌پذیری و امید بیشتر فراهم می‌کند؛ زیرا این اطفال امانت نزد همه ما هستند.

در ادامه، اولیای اطفال از تغییرات مثبت و گسترده در پرورشگاه ابراز رضایت، تشکر و قدردانی نمودند. همچنان بخش سوال و جواب و گفت‌وگوی مستقیم اولیا با اساتید، زمینه تقویت اعتماد و همدلی را فراهم ساختظ.mureed
