🚉Etihad Rail: A New Chapter in the UAE’s Development

❗️On June 30, the UAE will launch the first phase of its long-awaited passenger rail service, Etihad Rail. The initial route will connect Abu Dhabi and Fujairah, with Dubai and Sharjah expected to join the network at a later stage.

Etihad Rail will become the UAE’s first national passenger railway network, ultimately connecting 11 cities and regions across the country through a rail system spanning approximately 900 km.

The expansion of transportation networks has long been a catalyst for urban growth, improving connectivity and enhancing the appeal of surrounding areas for both residents and businesses. In Dubai, one of the first stations will be located in Jumeirah Golf Estates, supporting the continued evolution of this well-established community.

Investor visa in Dubai – new rules 🔑

Under the latest changes, obtaining a two-year residence visa for property owners has become even more accessible.

Key updates:

* The minimum property value for a 2-year investor visa has been removed (previously, to obtain a residence visa, one had to purchase property worth at least 750,000 dirhams)
* Market entry opportunities for private investors have been expanded
* The market is becoming even more liquid and diversified

Important: The conditions for the 10-year ‘Golden Visa’ remain unchanged — from AED 2 million.
