As part of the continued growth of our operations in the UAE, AAE is looking for a responsible and proactive Junior Admin Assistant to support our HR and Administration Department.

✅ Key Responsibilities:
✔ Assist with day-to-day administrative and HR-related tasks
✔ Prepare reports, letters and professional correspondence
✔ Maintain records and support document management activities
✔ Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth administrative operations

🎯 Requirements:
✔ Minimum 2+ years of experience in Admin/HR roles
✔ Knowledge of AI tools for report generation and administrative support
✔ Good organisational skills with attention to detail
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
