The facility is now fully operational and ready to support full-scale production.

This ice cream plant operates on a multi-temperature ammonia refrigeration system, covering ultra-low (−47 °C), low (−36 °C), and medium (−5 °C) applications to ensure precise cooling across every stage of production.

The system features 25 chilled-water air coolers serving the production, packing, and mixing areas, maintaining stable environmental conditions throughout the facility.

To enhance efficiency, the plant also integrates heat recovery technology, generating hot water at 60–65 °C and reducing reliance on external heating sources.

A project that successfully combines process cooling, production support, and energy-efficient design.
