Supportive frameworks for these laws score 47/100. These frameworks include policies, institutions, and access to justice.

Experts estimate that laws protecting women’s economic rights are enforced 53 percent of the time.

The report tracks ten specific areas:
- Safety and Mobility
- Marriage and Work
- Pay and Parenthood
- Childcare and Entrepreneurship
- Assets and Pension

The World Bank identifies two requirements for shared prosperity:
