So this little guy has given me the privilege of making his cake every birthday since his very first!

My kids are crazy about cake (yea I know!) So we often have bake days at home where they get involved.

What's even better is when I'm making something that's healthy full of vegetables and raw ingredients that still tastes so delicious.

Today we have whipped up carrot zucchini coconut and walnut cake slices. Sweetened with raw sugar and mixed with good quality olive oil.
