Looking back, 2016 was a pivotal moment that transformed my coaching career. Itâs where my journey began at Evolution Sports in Doha, diving deep into what it truly meant to be a coach. That initial experience laid the foundation for everything to come.
Fast forward a decade and Iâve had the privilege of working with some of the biggest clubs in Qatar, as well as prestigious organizations in the UK, like the City of Cardiff and Hackney Aquatics.
Since then moving to Dubai, heading up the masters and development squads at FitRepublik. Alongside this, Iâm proud to have built an international community of athletes through my online coaching business, which continues to grow stronger every day.
Throughout these years, one lesson has resonated with me:
