We’re looking for a Route Setter to join an experienced team and set routes that teach movement, challenge climbers at every level, and keep people coming back!

What we care about: creativity, energy, ownership, and being a genuine presence with climbers.

We’re looking for a Climber Experience Associate!

You’ll be the first face people see, the one who makes them feel like they belong, and an active part of keeping the gym running well from welcoming climbers, to supporting operations and the setting crew.

What we care about: warmth, energy, and a genuine love for working with people. Climbing experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
