Hotel security guard jailed for s*x assault on woman in her room:
A security guard has been sentenced to three months behind bars followed by deportation for s*xually molesting a tourist inside her hotel room.

The Ukrainian woman, 23, claimed that she arrived at her hotel in Al Qusais in March only to get a call from the guard to say her room needed its air-con fixed, Dubai Court of First Instance heard.

The Pakistani guard accompanied the maintenance crew. He stayed in the room after they left and told the woman he liked her. He kissed her so she yelled for help.

He left the room, the court heard, but then called her on the room phone claiming that he had fallen in love with her.

Three days later he stepped entered the room again and kissed and touched her inappropriately before she was able to push him away.

Emirati dies as car hits camel:
SHARJAH: A 29-year-old Emirati died on the spot on Friday when his four-wheel-drive vehicle hit a camel on Al Dhaid Road in Sharjah.
The deceased, identified as AR, was driving at high speed towards Sharjah when a camel suddenly appeared on the road.
He failed to control the speed of the vehicle and hit the camel.

The impact caused the car to roll over several times, causing his instant death.
Police received a call at the operation room following which patrol and traffic officers rushed to the site of the accident, where the man was found lying in a pool of blood.
The body was shifted to Al Dhaid Hospital where he was pronounced dead and then kept in its morgue for completion of burial formalities.
