Dubai Central Laboratory was established in 1997with aim integrating all labs affiliated to Dubai Municipality namely Food & Environment Laboratory, Engineering Materials Laboratory, Consumer Product Laboratory, Inspection & Certification Section and Metrology Section under one department. The integration symbolised a best model for systematic betterment of services provided to public according to the best global practises. Through years, DCL has evolved to be one of the best government department which is characterized with organizational transparency, systematic administrative and technical structure having dynamics to comply with the latest advancement in the domain. Our laboratories comply with ISO/IEC 17025:2005, the international standard against which the competence of testing and calibration laboratories is assessed.
the accreditation of our testing and calibration services is through the Dubai Accreditation Department DAC, even though at the start of accreditation was through the United Kingdom Accreditation Services UKAS for three years (2006-2009)

Insutech waterproofing LLC is now accredited in Dubai Municipality as a approved applicator of Polyurethane Foam since April 6, 2017.

PRM 300 is a one component, low viscosity, polyurethane based primer suitable for many different substrates.
It is characterized by its very low viscosity and balanced curing speed which result in excellent wetting. Impregnation and paint-over time on different substrates, whether of high, low or no porolsity (e.g. glass and metals). Additionally, it can be effectively used on both dry and wet concrete, eben green concrete, not only as primer but also a low-cost sealing solution, increasing, thus, the durability of the substrate.

The cured film displasys outstanding mechanical properties : It's elongation is >300% , and its tensile strength surpasses 30 N./mm2.

Apply with brush or roller. Consumption : 100-200gr/m2, subject to substrate porosity.
