Finally some progress with The Beast.

We managed to fix the balance issue that was bothering us. The entire steering system had to be redesigned. The old handlebar setup was removed and replaced with a bicycle style handlebar connected directly to the steering mechanism. No gears, no complicated transmission.

This change made a huge difference. The machine now feels much more stable and predictable while riding.

Of course, every improvement reveals something new. During testing we noticed a small wobble that appears at speed. That will be the next problem to solve.

But that is how prototypes evolve. Step by step we move forward.
