A G+11 Residential building with 109 units located in Al Furjan, Dubai. This project has been handed over in 2016 and already APMD has formed the fully functioning board and acting as a go-between for the Owners and Developer. APMD have since the handover highlighted areas for improvements such as a playground and a BBQ area. APMD have also ensured that the service fees are at the lowest cost to the owners without comprising the service delivery or management of the day to day issues onsite.

Our goal is to become the leader in this highly competitive business of owners association management, by using our buying power across many developments to reduce costs in service fees, coupled with personalized hands on approach to customer service.
