Experience: Minimum three to four years experience in preparing financial models, Pitch book/IM, transaction structuring and debt raising.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Updation of financial models for existing business ventures;
2) Preparation of financial models and IM for new business ventures for decision making and stakeholder consultation;
3) Laison with potential investors and other stakeholders (including cross border) to answer their queries.
4) Assit team in raising debt and negotiate/renew financing facilities with banks in Pakistan.
5) Good team player with ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
