Your brain probably goes into overload if asked to describe the sensations! There are words rolling on your tongue but the tastes in your mouth take priority and you are going…..? Nomnom is an attempt to define superior food, ingredients and taste experiences. Over a period of time, the endeavor is to develop a referenceable glossary.
