If your organization cannot be great without YOU.
Then it is not yet a great organization.

The way to grow your power is to give it away!

If you are in the leadership seat you should be grossly occupied with creating other leaders!

Leadership is a journey from ex*****on to empowerment and many of us got to the leadership seat because we were great producer´s, right?

But now you must be focused on creating other leaders in your organization, especially if you want to amplify your impact in your contribution to your firm, that is the way you do it.

To be a great organization of any type, it must achieve three outputs.

1. Superior Results
2. Distinctive Impact
3. Lasting Endurance
Briefly, if you are a sports team and you do not win championships, you are not great.
If you are a business and you do not deliver great return on invested capital, you can´t be considered great, but you know results are not enough.

Distinctive Impact, think about the following if your organization went away.

Who would miss it?
Are your organization irreplaceable?

Third Lasting Endurance.
The key thing is, that at some point it cannot depend on any single leader.

Does feelings affect our ability to make rational decisions?

Give it to me! Let me do it! You will destroy it!
I told you to be careful! Now, see what you did, it is broken

We are bombarded with negative inputs in childhood, in that age, we only hear the words – we do not relate to the context!

Is that the reason – we think – that we are not capable or first time doing something, it must be perfect?

Visiting a vendor, who is an expert in his field, doing amazing getting the perfect YOU on paper.

He wants to do videos of his work, he wants to be a speaker sharing and giving. But had so many excuses – not relishing his dream!

Is this happening for YOU too other areas of life?

are your sure?
why is that?

Finally, he answered with above words, this echoed in his head.

Often it is much more primal, the way people talked in childhood, became our inner voice.

Can we place the “pictures” of our arrival point, the sound, the fragrance, the atmosphere - at departure point?

The brain do not know the difference between an outside experience or our inside imagined experience.

We will release energy, listen, be present, cause we have the confidence.
