We are pleased to report that our 2019 financial results show that, despite overall market conditions, the portfolio has continued to perform strongly. Rental Income reached USD 64.5 million, a 5.1% increase from 2018, and property income saw an increase of 4.2% from 2018.



It was also a successful year for the development of our portfolio, as Emirates started construction of the extension of Lycée Franҫais Jean Mermoz, and the Index Mall opened in July, quickly becoming one of Dubai’s premier lifestyle destinations. These projects have already had a positive impact on tenant retention figures.



We are also delighted to have been recognised as the “Best Manager” at the Banker Middle East Industry Awards in , the “Best REIT” at the Islamic Business & Finance Awards and we are proud to feature in the Global 100.
