This week I'm a bet late with my meal prep but late is better Than never π

Main course
Brown rice
Shredded carrot
Shredded onion
Shredded garlic
Shredded cooked chicken
Salt
Pepper
1-Stir fry the veggies till you smell the flavor you love, just don't burn itπ
(I would recommend the least stir frying mins to keep the veggies nutritious)
2-Add the already soaked rice, mix it well then add adquet amount of water, reduce the heat and keep it for 20 mins
3- Mix the cooked rice veggies with cooked chicken.

Red cabbage

Apple vinger
