| FIX YOUR FLATFEET | ARCH SETTING & HEEL RAISES | part 2 . . ARCH SETTING : Level 1- . 🔹Drag the ball of your foot towards your heel. 🔹ties should be relaxed and not clenching. Level 2- . 🔹shift weight onto the foot while maintaining the arch. 🔹If you can do this and hold it for more than 1 minute,move onto level 3. . Level 3- . 🔹Add mini squats if you can do more than 15 reps add an unstable surface like a foam pad or rolled towel. . HEEL RAISE- . Level 1- 🔹Do a heel raise as high as you can on both feet. 🔹If you can’t go all the way upto on your own,boost yourself using a table. 🔹The heel should swing inward slightly at the end(rear foot eversion). 🔹If you can do more than 15 reps move onto level 2. . Level 2- . 🔹same exercise but on one leg at a time. 🔹use table to give you a boost if you can’t get to full height. 🔹If you can do more than 15 reps move on to level 3. Level 3- . 🔹Same as level 2 add weight by holding dumbbell or any weight. . Refer part 1. .
