This course is suitable for managers, team leaders, trainers and key personnel working in food preparation, processing, storage, transport, wholesale, catering, supply and retails especially those who have direct food safety responsibilities.
The aim of this qualification is to provide an in-depth knowledge of food safety and food hygiene principles and practices. Holder of this qualification will have the appropriate knowledge and understanding of food safety to develop and implement food safety management systems.
