DELMA FURNITURE employs full time Installation specialists. All post-installation needs can be satisfied e.g., reconfiguration, paint touch-ups. The program can be tailored to our client’s requirement and could feature anything from a regular sweep of the environment for adjustments to full scale reconfiguration of the space. Getting the tender awarded
This stage starts after the contract is awarded to DELMA FURNITURE, and with the acceptance of both parties, the agreement is signed. Project planning
Orderly planning aims to execute the job as per the actual site (as built) so the project will go on track with minimum phases of execution problems. Preparing the samples and finishes for submittals
DELMA FURNITURE will prepare a full set of finishes samples and get the approval of the client. Ordering the full final set of listed items for final approval
In order to avoid any misunderstanding, DELMA FURNITURE will order a full set of items for the committee approval purpose. Preparing the procurement schedules
As per the final approved list and BOQ, after this stage no discrepancy will be applicable without the acceptance of both parties, and the items will be sorted at DELMA FURNITURE warehouses. Ordering the project items
Orders will be sent to all of the suppliers along with the final approved finishes and sizes. Production and execution on site
This stage will be in accordance with the final drawing and samples approvals. Installation
As per the approved installation plan, DELMA FURNITURE will provide the suitable requirements, plans and manpower to make this stage done within the deadline. Handing over
At this stage, the satisfaction of the inspection committee must be met. Health and Safety Environmental (HSE)
DELMA FURNITURE logistics management provides a safe and healthful place of work throughout all of projects stages, warehouses transportation and work sites and makes every effort towards eliminating or minimizing environmental adverse effects of DELMA FURNITURE operations. To realize this commitment, DELMA FURNITURE follows the below listed rules in all working stages:

1- Loading and Unloading
Provide plans that meet the highest standards for safety and operation, and place the minimum burden on the environment. Supervise the work by well trained supervisor in order to insure that the laborers are handling the goods in a safe way.

2- Transportation
Follow the UAE road laws in all delivery terms. Check the vehicles before delivery in order to make sure that they are in good condition.

3- Storing on Site
Select the suitable area for temporary storing on site. Always maintain the storage area clean. Make sure that the flammable materials are always far away from the other goods.

4- Installation
Provide plans that meet the highest standards for safety and operation, and place the minimum burden on the environment. Ensure that personnel are trained in HSE as per the manufacturer’s installation rules. Place the highest priority on the health and safety of personnel and on the preservation and protection of the environment. This policy shall be posted at all locations under DELMA FURNITURE’s control and all those engaged in work for DELMA FURNITURE. Those present at the locations shall be aware of its contents and shall commit themselves to its fullest implementation. Quality Assurance

DELMA FURNITURE has a Projects Department employing fully qualified Interior Architects and CAD operators. Delma Furniture can offer experienced consulting in solving space-planning problems. We can develop the solution to meet individual facility management requirements. Installation Services
DELMA FURNITURE offers a variety of technical support services. We have a full time experienced installation team. Our Installation staff is familiar with on site conditions and is able to build from working drawings and prepare programs of delivery and installation. Our Installation Services Include:
• Review of Installation Drawings.
• Inspection of the building to identify phasing/staging or any restriction which might impact installation.
• Coordination of Delivery and Receipt of Product.
• Coordination with other contractors at site.
• Unpacking and Staging of Products.
• Removal of carton and cleaning the area for installation.
• Installations of Panels and Components.
• Fine Tuning and Cleaning of all Products.
• Development of Snagging or Punch List for final actions.
• Handover.
