As 2025 comes to a close, I’m reflecting on a year of massive transitions, tough decisions, and deep gratitude.

This year has been a juggle of roles that I’ve loved, leading the Foundation Phase, coaching the U17s, and continuing my journey as a player. Each role taught me something new about leadership, resilience, and the game that has shaped my life.

After a lot of prayer and reflection, I’ve made the difficult decision to hang up my boots and step away from my playing career. This was an incredibly hard choice to make, but I am trusting Jesus with the timing and the path He has set for me.

Leaving Christchurch United FC was one of the most difficult decisions I had to make. This club has been more than just a workplace; it’s been a home. While it was hard to say goodbye, the love I have for this club will always stay close to my heart. 💙

I’m walking into the new year excited, carrying the lessons from the pitch into this next chapter.
