💪🏼Squats and lunges are so important to do during pregnancy in preparation for birth!🤰🏼Even without the reformer or any weights , they are extremely effective during pregnancy! Squatting is a fab way to strengthen legs and deep abdominals (tva), open hips, and even prepare you for safely lifting your wee one. 👶🏻
As long as you use good technique and feel ok to do them - lunges are also great! Pay attention to your knees and be mindful of what feels good in terms of range of movement and posture is key. 🔑 Sped up 2x for quickness. As always, listen to your body. 😉
