TRIX DXB

Dear TRIX community,

After so many years being part of Dubai’s movement family, we must share that TRIX DXB will close its doors permanently on Sunday, 31/08/25.

This decision was made only very recently — it’s fresh, and we are still processing it ourselves. It was not easy, but it comes after multiple challenges outside of our control: the parking situation, the ongoing construction around the studio (including the neighboring office), and finally the landlord’s notice of non-renewal of our lease. While technically we could continue for one more year, the reality is that the circumstances will not improve, and extending this situation would only prolong the struggle. We are without time and capacities now to start looking for another location.

We know this news is hard, and believe us — it is for us too. We would love to say so much more, but right now we are still coming to terms with it.

👉 About memberships:

Any unused classes from packages will be refunded in September.

From now on, and to get everyone in the studio before we close, only single classes can be purchased at special prices:
• AED 75 for single group classes
• AED 300 for private classes

What we do want to say, from the heart, is: thank you. To absolutely everyone who was ever part of TRIX — even back when the studio had different names — your presence, your energy, and your trust made TRIX what it was.

This community has been more than just a studio; it has been movement, friendship, and home.

If you want to improve your coordination skills and strengthen your core system, then this workshop is for you.

What will we work on in this class?

✔️Increase mobility and strengthen the shoulders.
✔️Work on the core muscles and perform abdominal ✔️strengthening exercises.
✔️Learn basic flips.
✔️Learn to balance.
✔️Perform key wrist strengthening exercises.

We will work on shoulder stands, headstands, elbow stand, forearm stands and handstands on all possible variations.
