At AREC Engineering Consultant, we are looking for a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team in Dubai.
We are seeking a strong design professional with solid experience in MEP Building Services Design and proven consultancy background in Dubai.
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of Mechanical Design experience
Must have experience in engineering consultancy firms in Dubai (Mandatory)
Strong expertise in HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting systems
Proficient in AutoCAD & Revit (MEP)
Strong understanding of mechanical design standards and authority regulations
Responsibilities:
Design HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting systems for building projects
Prepare and review mechanical design drawings and calculations
Develop coordinated design and shop drawings
Review technical submittals and project documentation

At AREC Engineering Consultant, we are looking for a highly experienced Contract Manager to join our team in Dubai.
We are seeking a professional with a strong background in engineering consultancy, tendering, and contract administration across major infrastructure and building projects in the UAE/GCC.
Requirements:
Minimum 15+ years of experience in Contracts Management / Quantity Surveying
Mandatory experience in engineering consultancy firms (UAE/GCC)
Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts
Proven experience in large-scale infrastructure and building projects
Strong skills in tendering, evaluation, and contract negotiation
Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills
Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage tender documents (BOQs, specifications, contract conditions)
Evaluate bids and prepare tender evaluation reports
Manage full contract lifecycle from award to close-out
Review and certify payments, variations, and claims
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements

At AREC Engineering Consultant, we are looking for a highly skilled Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join our team in Dubai.
We are seeking a strong design professional with extensive experience in Electrical Building Services Design within engineering consultancy firms in Dubai.
Requirements (Must be read carefully):
Minimum 7+ years of Electrical Design experience
Dubai experience is mandatory (Non-negotiable)
Must have experience in engineering consultancy firms only
Strong expertise in Revit (MEP) & AutoCAD
Solid knowledge of ELV systems and electrical design standards
DEWA Approved Electrical Engineer is highly preferred
Responsibilities:
Design of Electrical & ELV building services systems (Power, Lighting, ICT, Security, Fire Alarm, BMS, Telecom, AV, Energy Management Systems)
Prepare load schedules, SLDs, calculations, drawings, specifications, and tender documents
Develop coordinated Revit electrical models and drawings
Attend design coordination meetings with multidisciplinary teams
Review shop drawings and material submittals
Ensure compliance with DEWA, RTA, and Dubai authority standards
Support project delivery with high-quality engineering solutions
