Mild dehydration increases minor errors during driving, compared to those who are hydrated.
The effects of dehydration during driving are similar to consuming an alcoholic beverage resulting in a blood alcohol content of approximately 0.08% (the current UK legal driving limit), or while sleep deprived.
Tip of the day: stay hydrated prior to driving whether you're a professional rally driver or picking up your wife from work… (Don't drink too much that you'll need a p*e during rush hour traffic though…)
