Job Description:
1. Engage with prospective customers to understand their workflow and use this knowledge to recommend effective solutions from the ShipConstructor 2021 suite of products.
2. Conducting pre-sales demonstrations of ShipConstructor 2021 suite of products solutions to prospective customers
3. The ability to understand the needs of our customers and to work closely with them and others in our extensive technical support team to present solutions to meet client needs.
4. Complete the customer engagement activity and document the same by engaging with the team.
5. Provide technical support, via email and phone, by addressing technical questions, providing guidance, advice, and modeling (detailed design) assistance in a wide variety of application
6. Hands on experience working with AutoCAD 2020-21 / Navisworks Manager / ShipConstructor software.
