Last week, the team came together.
A chance to take stock, look at how far we’ve come over the past few months, and more importantly, where we’re heading next.

We also took a moment to celebrate some very well-deserved promotions - huge congratulations to Jill, Jaymie and Amor 👏

This one was all about people. The progress we’re making, the way we’re evolving how we work, and making sure we’re set up to move forward together - as one team.
To everyone in the studio, thank you. The hard work doesn’t go unnoticed, and it’s what keeps everything moving in the right direction.

Three years in and still saying “yes” to whatever gets thrown her way - materials, finishes, challenges… you name it. And doing it all with a smile. If it involves textures, palettes or pulling together the perfect combination, Jicelle’s already ten steps ahead. Quietly making everything look effortless.

It made me pause. Not because I disagreed. But because it made me realise the industry has spent decades standardising hospitality without ever properly asking what it actually is.

That question feels more urgent right now than ever, particularly as Saudi Arabia begins to share its story with the world on its own terms.
