Requirements: Can speak Urdu/Hindi
Arabic knowledge is a plus.

Salary: aed2,500 to 3,000

Location: Abu hail, 7min walk from Al Qiyadah metro station
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Follow up with the return cheque payments.
• Process and follow up on all lease documents to ensure completion
• Assist with all the administration work for Property Department
• Manage the flow of all lease-related documents
• Maintains files to ensure that documentation is dated at all times
• Prepares various leasing supporting forms for managerial approval
• Responsible for the move-out process of non-renewal and early termination of leases
• Send regularly notice for renewal/non-renewal notices to tenants
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
• Determine client’s needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
