HIRING FEMALE ADMIN AT NEED RENT A CAR L.L.C

Preferred Nationality Philippines (must be available in UAE for immediate joining on call )
Requirements:
Applicant should have experience in Car Rental, minimum of 1 year
- Knowledge of RTA procedures
- Knowledge of RTA rent a car system (TARS PORTAL OPENING AND CLOSING AGREEMENTS)
- Knowledge of SPEED SYSTEM (FLEET MANAGEMENT AND CLIENTS RECORD SOFTWARE)
- Knowledge of checking and updating Fines Salik Parking's & Darb in SPEED SOFTWARE
- Knowledge of Generating invoices ,Receipts Payment collections in SPEED SOFTWARE
- Knowledge of GPS system monitoring
- Arranging Vehicle delivery & Vehicle collection
- Vehicle service monitoring
- Knowledge of ACCOUNTS
- regular reporting to manager
- working hours Monday to Saturday 9am to 7pm
- VISA FREE
- FREE BASIS MEDICAL INSURANCE
- 26 DAYS PAID ANUAL LEAVE
- RETURN TICKET TO HOME AFTER 2 YEARS
- salary 3000-4500AED
