Innerdance journey with Maryam (Azira) and Danjiela

Innerdance is a practice that encourages dreaming-awake state, deep relaxation, and waking up the stagnant energy with sound waves.

This state is a breakaway into subconscious realms, allowing us to disconnect from society norms and repressed thoughts. Instead, it's inviting us to discover the oneness and natural flow of life’s interconnectedness.

Through innerdance we get a chance to connect to our own energetic field and the field that we are created from. As we surrender our minds to the journey and the moment, we get to free ourselves from that which doesn't serve us.

All you have to do is to show up, bring a mat or something you’re comfortable with to place on the floor as we lay down and receive the frequency of the music.
You can also bring some water and a journal 📓 With you to note ur experience right after.

7-10pm. We start sharp together at 7:30pm

This year we set an intention that every Monday we receive a guest to co create mantra Monday with and share the gift of seva and giving back our time and gifts to the community

Our wish has been granted weekly so far and we are so grateful for this.

We are honored to say that we have been introduced to Georgia director of the documentary mantra movie. Featuring Snatam Kaur Krishna Das and many more famous kirtaneers and artists we would like to extend this invitation out to anyone who would like to join us for a premiere of the movie

It has been in many countries in Europe and now is landing in the Middle East, particularly the UAE for the first time.
