Pull-ups are one of the best tests of true strength, but only if your form is correct.

1️⃣ Starting Position: Grip just wider than shoulders. Core tight, shoulders back.
2️⃣ Mid Pull-Up: Chest to the bar, elbows driving down and back.
3️⃣ Top Position: Chin over the bar. Lower with control.
