around the corner on 12th November 2023. .ae will be represented by some amazing people coming together to take part in the 10k, 5k, 1.5k and OceanTeams events.

On Wednesday mornings and myself have been increasing our distance and pace each week in varying conditions with 2 more sea swim Wednesdays to go.

On Sunday mornings I have been supporting a young group of swimmers who have taken on the open water challenge, building confidence, conquering fears each week as they prepare for the ocean teams (this week joined by the younger siblings who were keen to get involved in the experience as well ☺️ our last preparation swim will be this coming Sunday.

An honour working with passionate young athletes and enjoying the process as we prepare for our November challenge.
