I placed booking on Bookme.pk for flight ticket form Lahore to Dubai via Bahrian 14-07-2023.
I bought the ticket on 29-June 2023. They asked me to send VISA I provided them a UAE employment visa copy through email. They respond to me with the okay to board. Without guiding methat I have to get a Visa protector. Today when I was supposed to take that flight the check-in counter agent said I don't have Visa Protector so they will not allow me to fly and offloaded me. Now it's not my fault it is the fault and ignorance of .pk when I am providing you with all the deals to you. You should guide me accordingly. Now they are refusing to admit their fault and making lame excuses. It's mistake on your side so please provide me new ticket.
