Job Role:
We are looking for a dedicated IT Technical Support professional to resolve software issues, provide product training, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience for our IoT software platform and devices.

Key Responsibilities:

● Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and in person
● Diagnose and resolve software and IT-related issues
● Conduct product training and feature walkthroughs
● Maintain support logs and customer feedback
● Coordinate with the technical team for issue resolution

Candidate Requirements:

● 1–2 years experience in IT support or software customer service
● Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, E&C, or related field
● Strong English communication skills
● Customer-focused with good problem-solving skills
● Ability to learn new software quickly
● UAE driving license is an added advantage

Auto Electrician / GPS Field Technician / CCTV Technician
Job Role:
This position is ideal for a hands-on field technician responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting GPS tracking and IoT devices, auto electrical systems, and CCTV equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

● Install, configure, and troubleshoot GPS trackers, CCTV, and access control systems
● Perform on-site field installations and maintenance
● Diagnose and resolve technical issues during service visits
● Test and verify installed equipment
● Provide on-site technical support to customers

Candidate Requirements:

● ITI / Diploma / Degree in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or related field
● 1–3 years experience in GPS installation, auto electrical, or CCTV setup
● Mandatory field installation experience
● Basic knowledge of electronics and embedded systems
● Good communication and customer-handling skills
● Ability to work independently
