Delivering projects for international clients often means finding smarter ways to stay connected throughout the build.

CSQ has successfully delivered a 5,000 sq ft office in Dubai Internet City, completed as a full turnkey management contracting project on an accelerated programme.

The project was delivered for a global leader in connected transportation and fleet management technology, headquartered in North America. With the core stakeholder team based overseas, maintaining visibility and alignment during construction was essential.

To support this, the team implemented weekly Matterport scans, allowing the client to carry out virtual walkthroughs and track progress remotely while key decisions continued to move forward in real time.

The project was delivered by the CSQ Management Contracting team – James Finglas and Adam Parkin, who coordinated the full delivery programme and managed the project through to successful handover.

Delivered in time for the peak season.

The refurbishment at Pullman Hotel Al Marjan Island - is now complete.

Our team provided Project Management services for the fast-tracked tendering, construction and handover of the hotel lobby, lobby café, all-day dining, Sunset Hub pool area and a new steel-framed glasshouse extension. Cost Management services were also delivered for the Sunset Hub works under a separate scope.

Given the fixed shutdown window, early procurement and timely approvals were key to keeping the programme on track.
