A beautiful collaboration, a full house of amazing guests, and two new Chef Bezos steak sauces making their first official appearance:

Pomegranate Sumac Sauce — tangy, deep, elegant, and made to lift every bite of premium steak.
Seeing everyone taste, react, smile, and genuinely love the sauces was the real highlight of the night. This is exactly why I do what I do — bringing flavor, storytelling, and people together around the table.
