first hour - think yoga, cycling, boxing or even pole dancing! We keep ramping up the energy, with the remaining two hours as a full-on, immersive, performative dance party. Imagine break dancers, aerialists, fire spinners, and duelling violinists — all before going to work. All this movement making you feel hungry? There will be light breakfast and great coffee. We aim to create a space - a moment - where you can be whoever you want to be and let go. We want people to connect with each other through movement, dance and music; bringing positivity to your morning which you can take with you for the rest of the day.
