Das Konto wird bei der Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) eröffnet – in Kooperation mit der Zentralbank der VAE und der ICP. Es geht wirklich in wenigen Minuten per App + Biometrie (Tourist Identity) direkt bei der Ankunft. Du brauchst nur einen gültigen Reisepass und ein Touristen-/Visit-Visum (ab 18 Jahren, physisch vor Ort).
Vorteile:

Nachteile für Deutsche (steuerlich in DE ansässig):
❌ Automatische Meldung ans Finanzamt (CRS – Kontostand, Zinsen etc. werden übermittelt)
❌ Weltweite Steuerpflicht bleibt – alles muss deklariert werden
❌ Kein aktuelles Doppelbesteuerungsabkommen mit den VAE
❌ Bringt keine automatische Steuerersparnis – nur Komfort
Fazit: Super praktisch für Reisen und Business-Einstieg, aber kein Steuerspar-Trick. Wer richtig sparen will, braucht eine echte Struktur (z. B. Firma) – und die muss sauber geplant sein.
