Spent a lot of time in my youth in skate parks.
Getting to design them now brings the kid out in me!
That feeling of nostalgia is something that drives me. From skating in them to designing them as part of my 'job'!

City Walk Central Park

A project, which we have been involved in from its very inception.

The Central Park & landscape is special, in the way its 'flows' up onto the surrounding residential podiums, seamlessly. No step, the landscape topography slopes down from the buildings, into the park.

Presenting a number of great design opportunities & challenges!

Moments of wonder & intrigue, perhaps surprise create lasting memories for users.

Activating the below colonnade with this dynamic Dhow are piece, certainly does that!

Some planting studies, on various species & their impact on views & shade.

Species selection & environmental suitability is obviously critical!

BUT we always like to start with the planting DESIGN first, to establish a design intent & define the plantings 'place' within the overall strategy.

Then we can work horticulturally to 'make it happen'
