A few weeks ago, we launched the 𝗗𝗛𝗔 𝗖𝗫 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, and the results say it all:

Since the DHA CX Maturity circular launch, we’ve been supporting healthcare providers as they adapt to the new standards. So far, we've seen 𝟱 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗴𝗮𝗽𝘀 that continue to stand in the way of compliance.

1️⃣𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗫 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 - Too often, providers rely on generic plans that don’t reflect their unique patient needs or organisational mission, vision & values, making culture change difficult to achieve

2️⃣𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 - NPS scores are being collected, but there’s little follow-through in turning feedback into real, measurable improvements

3️⃣𝗟𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 - Without CX-linked KPIs, ownership remains unclear, efforts stay fragmented across departments and in many cases, the responsibility falls solely on the PX unit

4️⃣𝗪𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 - Staff often know what to do, but not how to do it. That “execution gap” is where most strategies stall

5️⃣𝗟𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗫 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀 - There’s a noticeable lack of structured CX training, leaving staff unprepared to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences
