Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Website UI/UX Designer to join our project-based team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in Figma and other UI/UX design tools. You will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging interfaces for various digital platforms, ensuring the best user experience.

Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the project team to understand user needs and business goals.
* Design functional and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces from concept to completion.
* Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to propose solutions to complex usability problems.
* Test and refine designs based on user feedback and analytics.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
* Strong portfolio of design projects featuring work with Figma and other relevant design software.
* Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work efficiently on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
* Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus.
