My all friends its request to repost this please.
I booked my family ticket from Islamabad to sharjah through for . While this booking, there was an error that occurred, and on the portal i did not get any option to enter the passport numbers of my family and their date of birth because seren airline does not require and allow to book it without as per makemytrip advisors. When i retrieved my ticket, i saw that my wife was showing as a child, and my son was showing as an adult. I contact on the same day on 13 of august for this. And today 22nd august they gave me a solution that this can not be amend (seren airline took 9 days of this nonsense response) you have to cancel the ticket and my family suppose to travel on 27th of august for which i pay too much for 1 side travel. And will now deduct around 400 AED from me for nothing for not my mistake. My mistake is that i made a booking from . Another mistake i choose . Please be on the safe side. Do not book from these people and for this airline.
And you know what my son suppose to go his first day in school in his life on 28th of august and these people did this to me.
No solution and support provided by serene airline.
