If you haven’t tried Goan Mandos with a Cantelope then you surely missing missing on something really delicious, which is healthy and a perfect to go with your evening tea, this Goan Mandos can we steam or baked as well. This recipe comes together with few basic ingredients do try it and let me know

Goan Muskmelon Mandos

400-500 gm Muskmelon
1/2 Raw local rice
1/2 cup Jaggery
1 cup Rava / Semolina
2 cups Freshly grated Coconut
1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
1 tbsp Ghee
Salt to taste

/ bake it in a preheated oven @180 degree for 60 min or until done
/ or you can also steam it
