It is heartbreaking to see South Africans telling fellow citizens they cannot work in certain provinces because they come from elsewhere.
Many warned that the hatred once directed at foreign nationals would eventually turn inward. Sadly, that is now happening.
No one should be made to feel like a stranger in their own country because of their accent, appearance, or province of origin. This kind of thinking is dangerous and deeply divisive.
History has shown the devastating consequences of identity-based discrimination. South Africa and Africa as a whole must reject this path.
Our continent will only prosper through unity, dignity, and equal opportunity—not through prejudice and exclusion.

The South African government's silence on xenophobic attacks and growing internal discrimination is deeply alarming.
When leaders fail to confront hatred, they empower it. What starts with attacks on foreigners can quickly spread to South Africans themselves, divided by province, language, or appearance.
History shows that unchecked division can lead to national instability. South Africa must act now to defend unity, uphold constitutional values, and prevent a deeper crisis.

🖋️ Contravening South Africa's Immigration Act (illegal residency).

Tobias Matonhodze's Guilty Plea:
🖋️ Attempted murder.
