This is Mutarazi Falls in Honde Valley. It falls 762m and is Zimbabwe's highest waterfall. Yes, its much higher than the mighty Victoria Falls which falls 108m. This where you will find and . Trust us to take you there.

As we start our travel and tour filled year, I personally recommend you to visit Mukuvisi Woodlands Nature Reserve for a family day out. Apart from being one of the few remaining large green spaces open to the public in Harare, it will give you the opportunity they have to see our wild animals, and appreciate our country's natural, stunningly beautiful, miombo woodlands.

To top it up, the entry fees are very reasonable at $5 for adults and $3 for kids with infants and toddlers absolutely free. They accept any form of payment too (Swipe, Cash or Ecocash)

To enhance your experience, feel free to carry utilities for a picnic. I carried a gas cooker and prepared food on sight in eye catching gardens of the woodland in full view of the water hole which was characterised by Zebra’s and Giraffes.

If that is too much to ask, a coffee shop with light meals is available inside the Woodlands.

Surely, everyone will enjoy the animals (look out for the little ones reactions) and of course the birds in the sanctuary and the crocodiles.

With all the space available, feel free to carry balls or kites for the ultimate experience.

I will definitely be visiting them again this year and maybe this time, I might try horse riding
