When one thinks of models, the image that comes to mind is of a female catwalk model on the runway, therefore, the name Edward Banda known as Edward the model may not ring a bell to most, but to those who follow Zambian modeling closely it might.
In an industry that dominated by female folk being a male model can be fraught with misconceptions; however, a young and goal-oriented man born and bred in Ndola, is defying the odds and aiming for the stars.

October being the month of breast cancer awareness aimed at celebrating all the queens that have survived, battling the cancer as well as the ones we have lost to the illness. The awareness month has seen individuals and organisations conduct various activities such as Dukutober Challenge, fundraising events focused on raising funds towards the fight against the cancer; and one individual who has been working diligently towards the cause of raising awareness on the disease is breast cancer activist Evelyn Mulenga.
From battling with cancer to being a source of hope for others, Evelyn has become an admirable being in society not only for her charming beauty but for her strong and high-spirited personality which she kept on even when she was a cancer patient.
Views Magazine got the chance to chat with Evelyn Mulenga of who gave an account of her journey with breast cancer, her experiences and all the details there is to know about breast cancer.
