GEAMS (Griene’s Employee Attendance Management System) a web-based time tracking and management efficiency system for the following purposes of

Here are some functions found in the GEAMS system;
1. View company summary dashboard
2. View user current location on google map
3. Employee Management(Employee list,Create,Update, Bulk employee upload, generate QR code for app checkin, Login, view Employee login history wise device details )
4. Leave Management(view leave list, approve pending leave)
5. Task Management
– Create task from web
- Update Task
- Task Type Indoor/Outdoor
- for outdoor task display 2 additional property (Contact No and Address)
- View task as calendar view
- Open task from calendar
- View task as list view with top filter option
- Update task status
6. Reports(Attendance report, Monthly summary report)
7. Notices(View Notice, Post notice to all employee)
8. Settings(Department setup, designation setup)
9. Admin can remove registered employee device for new device login
This system has a mobile app for employees and a management portal for administration, so no need to buy equipment. From admin portal you can assign tasks, post notices, see on map where employee punches in, checks in or punches out from. You can generate monthly reports from it too.
